- Under the direct responsibility of the Managing Director, you will have to ensure together traditional tasks related to the secretariat of direction (management of the calls, drafting of mails, organization and management of the diaries, reports, PowerPoint presentations, instrument panels, etc). - Your responsibility will be all the more important as the Managing Director will be most of his time abroad and you will have to be his relai on site. - Transverse missions could be entrusted to you, requiring true competences regarding the treatment and the exploitation of commercial and financial information and data. - You will be in charge of ensuring the synthesis, the drafting and formatting of various files. |

- University or College graduated, you have an experience assistantship of direction. - Autonomous and good in communication, you have an excellent management skill and a distinguished capacity to work in an evolutionary environment and in multi-projects mode. - Rigour and availability, synthesis and initiative, diplomacy spirit are necessary qualities. - You Must be fluent in English and French. - You have imperatively an excellent level on the office automation tools and have concepts of accountancy. |
